Would someone Please tell me because I cannot find anything on this. Directors Paul Durand and Rodger Noriega have not received any share compensation since about early April,2015 (last SEC Filling I can find) The only Insider Transactions listed for the last Year is Peter Goldy.The Directors are both listed with about the same amount of shares at only about 1.2 Million each and for all intent and Purposes seem to have become no more than Pictures on the wall. Now my Point,why does Noriega and Durand (latest Press Release) now have about 574 Million Shares each all of a sudden after having no change at all for over a Year and a Half? (a gain of 573 Million Shares and in addition are now 4.7 Percent Owners) I can find nothing on this.Maybe I just missed something, but this is one sudden extraordinary jump to say the least. Every single Place I checked always has them both with about the same 1.2 Million Shares.Did I miss something or did I just notice something?
