as bankruptcy takes a while... a long long while.



Yep, my expectation is a rise to dollar land then go horizontal for several months as the details of the BK get ironed out.

EVERYONE, including commons, wants that debt wiped out. As sad as I would be to loose my distribution on the preferred (>25%!! I bought BBEP at 4 last Jan), it would be much better for the company for it not to have that massive debt over it's head. We're here in BK might as well make it work for everyone.
