Hey fly....good to hear your trading is going well. Roy, Beer, and smartone are very good at options trading. I follow them/this board to hone my skills. I just don't get a chance to post much.
As an update to my post you replied on: About a month ago, I started writing down every options trade I make in detail. I can review all my trades at the end of each week and it makes it clear as day what works best for my style of trading. I document everything....the most important is the % gain/loss and % profit for each trade. It is making me a much better trader. I hope to get as good as Roy, Beer, and smartone eventually.
