Determining “potential” Revenues for FTPM

Please, I must say, whenever anyone posts that they called the company and said something, it’s fair for you as an investor or potential investor to call the company too to verify if there is any consistency with what was said. I’m saying this because I called FTPM and verified a few concerns, but the major concern that I confirmed to be of no concern was the validation of their 7 properties.

I called the company and confirmed that currently, FTPM is doing exactly what they told FINRA and the SEC that they would be doing as such is indicated within their website from the confirmed 7 properties. One could read the post below to get a further understanding:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=125758831

As previously explained, FTPM has at least 65 acres of land that makes up their 7 properties in California. Within the link above, I posted the article that stated that 1 acre translates into $19,000,000 in Revenues of which it was stated that almost all of it would be profit.

For the purpose of this valuation model, let’s be a little more conservative. Let’s presume that each acre for FTPM would only generate 1/10 of that $19,000,000 in Revenues per acre which would be $1,900,000 in Revenues. Before we go any further, I think all would agree that $1.9 Million is a very conservative amount of Revenues that would be generated from 1 acre. This would mean below for ”potential” Revenues for FTPM from their 7 properties of at least 65 acres conservatively speaking:

65 acres x $1,900,000 Revenues Per Acre = $123,500,000 in Potential FTPM Revenues

Based upon the minimum of 65 acres owned by FTPM that makes up the 7 properties that were confirmed to have tenants that are leasing from all 7 of the FTPM properties… wouldn’t it be fair to perceive the conservative number above that could easily be generated in Revenues by FTPM?

So, if enough can agree with what was deduced from above... the key fundamental variable list now looks like this as we continue to fill in the blanks...

** Revenues = $123,500,000
** Net Expenses = ?
** Net Income = ?
** Outstanding Shares (OS) = ?
** Earnings Per Share (EPS) = ?
** Price to Earnings (P/E) Ratio = ?
