Is this a SEC registrant? Yes or no. Simple question.

I already posted to you earlier that this company is not an SEC filer thus is an involuntary filer on OTC Markets! Which means all the while they're stop sign or caveat emptor status nobody on the planet can clear any issued stock! No restricted shares can be cleared, no free trading shares can be cleared and certainly no discounted funder shares can be cleared!

You didn't see what COR cleared for that mining stock that didn't even exist? You didn't see them pay 4 million in bogus dividends they are now suing ghosts to recover?

I could care less about any mining stocks or any of the games that have gone on in the pos-land casino in the past! There's no disputing the fact whatsoever that there is no brokerage firm on planet earth that will clear paper on a caveat emptor status stock and I personally don't care that you disagree...I know how the process works and so does any other penny gambler with any knowledge on these issues whatsoever glty
