Correct? So who has Qdots advanced enough to meet this aggressive time line of 2017. I'm pretty sure Nanosys, Samsung, and QDVision have all stated 2-3 years or more. Unless they are publicly saying one thing to hide strategic advantage.
That leaves QMC and Nanoco who haven't stated timing about use in on-chip yet. I know QMC claimed the QDX was enhanced to the point to meet the temperature requirements of on-chip. Maybe QMC is holding out on us with a big surprise in 2017. We all know that QLED, if it becomes commercial, will all but crush OLED because of lower manufacturing costs, energy usage, and color performance.
Of course, I'm just dreaming now, lol! QMC share price would hit $5+ if they announced a QLED ahead of their competitors.
