Wayne King is anxious because he knows the deal needs to be done before Q2P is forced to file bankruptcy. Once this "gold mine" deal is on the books Wayne will be given a stock pile of shares for his company (no cash because they have none) while Nelson and crew proceed to pump up the stock by issuing press releases saying how great ERTH is while dumping their shares. Mr. King will be left in the same situation Q2P is currently except he will be the bag holder.
