Wait for the filing to hit if and when it does, digest it quickly and make a decision to re-enter. If no filing today, they may be de-listed from OTC to pink status and fall lower. Keep an eye on the price, have available powder at your side and pound it hard when things turn up. I simply can't imagine that an 8K would be released mentioning HP with no merit. Goober is dumb but couldn't possibly be that stupid to open himself up to that. There is a profit to be made but when, nobody knows for sure. HP will be laying off 4000 workers due to product sales slumping but if they get into the camera business, this could be there bread and butter that takes them and LCLP shareholders into the future. It's just a shame there has been little transparency. This is an OTC stock which should have had more transparency. You'd expect this type of behavior from a pink sheet CEO but not somebody that touts the Nasdaq. The only way this hits the big board is with tremendous upside potential or a reverse split. Based on what I've seen from Goober, it could be the latter but who knows.
