I was referring to Eds reaction on FB saying they "we will settle" or something to that affect when the lawsuit wasn't even against him. Then he started posting court filings and what not. You could tell he was off his rocker.

And I think threatening to file a frivolous lawsuit against someone for defamation when you have a bench warrant on you is not something a rationale person does.
