I agree with everything you said. I'm not concerned about failing the first inspection. My concern is being honest about it. Talk about, post it, admit it, move on!
An up front talk about the ownership role would be huge. When they were having the conference calls there was mention of how it was being handled. I don't recall how it was being worked out. A posted excerpt would be great.
