The briefing schedule in the Fourth Circuit has been extended by a month. The the new schedule sets:

(x) Dec. 15 as the deadline for Mr. Pagliara to file his Opening Brief and an Appendix;

(y) Jan. 18 as the deadline for Freddie Mac and FHFA to file their Responses; and

(z) Feb. 1 as the outside deadline for Mr. Pagliara to file a Reply.
