Here is what is so funny that you're not even going to believe it. I got a call into Alan Baskin who is the Attorney who got MyECheck's case against Scottsdale dismissed. I told related parties that they should look into this because it doesn't make sense.

How does a billion shares get issued from a transfer agent who likes to boast how he checks with an issuer before shares were issued. I believe that was a billion shares for a $32,000 note. How can that possibly happen if the transaction was not authorized by MyECheck's management? Did someone fake Ed Starrs' voice when they spoke to Signature Stock Transfer. I believe and it's only my opinion that it was authorized.

Here is what I believe happened. Shares were sent overseas to brokerage firms like Titan. If you don't know, one of the people related to Titan went to jail and he's away for a long time.

It gets better. Now someone sends all these shares overseas but is supposed to get something back in return. But that person is screwed on the transaction and never gets paid. Fast forward a few months and a lawsuit is filed against Scottsdale because hundreds of millions of shares are in the system but that person knows he's not getting paid. but the transfer agent is never sued. Red flag.

Now abracadabra, along comes Sierra Global to redo the real transaction and becomes MyECheck's white knight and 650 million shares goes to Sierra Global for a check of less than a $100,000. If you look who we believe founded Sierra Global, then the picture becomes clearer.

ONLY MY OPINION BUT LOOK INTO IT FOLKS BECAUSE IT MAKES NO SENSE.
