Good luck to all, but having waited and hoped and believed for 5 years, I finally threw in the towel this year after the string of lawsuits, and especially the inexcusable failure to even ANSWER the lawsuits.
I understand that in business sometimes you will get sued, no matter how careful you are. But failing to respond, and letting the court enter a default judgment is just plain incompetent, and indicates a complete management failure. And this has happened not just once or twice, but repeatedly.
Beyond this, I can no longer call the monthly promises to deliver an audit and Form 10 simply a "failure to deliver." At some point, promises that management makes with no intention or ability to deliver on, become lies.
At this point, that's all they have left, lies and fantasies.
