Direxion Daily Gold Miners Be (DUST)

Here's a question for you. Last December when the rates were raised only a quarter of a point in roughly a 9 year time span gold shot up like a rocket and Dust turned to dust. Now if they raise rates again this December why is everybody thinking gold will shoot down? I'm thinking that history will repeat itself and do the same thing.
