ADI COMBINES EIGHT BRANCH TERRITORIES

MELVILLE, NY-June 7, 2001-ADI, North America's largest wholesale distributor of security and low voltage products and part of Honeywell's Home and Building Control Business, has announced the merging of eight locations into larger, existing branches. This change will allow ADI to optimize its distribution network to provide more effective customer service.
Customers who are affected by the change will be served by another nearby branch. The territories being combined are:
