According to this board and those who spoke to Hoffenberg he said the Christ card was going to be launched in September??? Like Ive been saying, all talk and no action! The only value here are those two construction companies that were announced and that encryption app. Whatever the Wham guys are doing keep doing it! Hoffenbergs companies have brought ZERO value here! This guy is a has-been and if you don't believe me check out that ridiculous video of himself looking all Tales of the Crypt where he was being interviewed by that lady where he was rudely interrupting and cutting her off. What a joke! Ive seen multiple posts on this board from that Michael guy and from others who spoke to Hoffenberg that said the assets of his companies would be on the 2nd quarter filing and after the filing hit we got zero, zilch, nada!!! IMO the 2nd quarter filing was more than enough time to put those assets onto the balance sheets. It states in the agreement that the valued assets of his companies were given in exchange for 55% of Wham and should have been on the 2nd quarter fins....PERIOD!

The press release says, "(A) WHAM INC. shall purchase and acquire one hundred (100%) percent of stock and/or all interests owned by NYPP in the following: Tower Investors.com Inc., Post Publishing.BUZZ Trade Mark Operations, Public Speaking WallStreet.com, Christ Credit and Debit Cards Operations and the Trademarks Christ Donations.com and Christ Faith Card.com and Hoff Online TV Operations and Trademarks in consideration for the issuance to NYPP fifty five (55%) percent of the issued and outstanding shares of common and preferred stock of WHAM INC., the controlling stock, which is presently publicly traded on the OTC Market, (http://towersinvestors.com/).";

That sounds pretty crystal clear to me!!! Its starting to look like the Wham people got the wool pulled over their eyes with this has-been clown. If the Wham officers read these boards TAKE OUT the trash and GET RID of this clown!
