Float= available to trade publicly, which is 9600000

The market cap of this Co. is calculated wrong by most popular sites

This co. has no liquidity, although if they can legitimize their Co. in any way, there is almost no supply of share to the
Public , so the price would go way up.

Question is how to spin after years of failure
