.17 as a benchmark.cant imagine a more irrelevant number than a pps from half a decade ago----but hey,to each their own.i think all use a much more applicable number (if they really need one!)---a year ago cgra announced new corporate directions and a way to fund them---perhaps a few "benchmarks" that mean something-----cgra pps up 1000% from .008 when new company focus announced------SS hasnt changed in a year----funding eliminates any need for RS.CGRA POISED FOR DRAMATIC MOVES -----from .008----from .012-------OR you could use numbers from half a decade ago which mean ABSOLUTELY nothing.
