Sierra Global had 650 million shares highly discounted. Folks did not "lose" money in the traditional sense on Myec it seems to me that the losses were delt from a stacked deck that is very well insulated.
The money owed to TCA, the accredited and the real estate value is a drop in the bucket compared to the 650 million shares that were unleashed.
