Do you really still think there is a UAE deal?

Francine has clearly lied to investors many times
to advance her pump and dump schemes for her
friends and/or relatives.

In the Sept 15, 2016 news release she states:

" Boreal has reached an agreement with investors
from Qatar for securing funds for the purchase the
130 acres Alpine Spring property. "

And yet John Marren registered Catskill Springs LLC
on Oct 4, 2016 - before the CTO. Obviously Francine
had agreed to sell Boreal's first right of refusal before
the CTO.

I suspect there is at least one person who posts on
this board who is a relative - or close friend - that has
been trading on Francine's pump and dump schemes.

This is a perfect opportunity for shareholders to write
letters to the presiding Judge at the Nov 7 hearing
informing him of the many pump and dump schemes
- based on false news releases.

And the Conflict of Interest with Saint - Elie.

And to formally request a Court appointed Auditor
if Francine fails to use the $150,000 to hire a new
Auditor.
