Do the entries. I layed out how I thought the entries were booked. You showed the original entry hitting common stock that means it is in the O/S.
The last entry is to receive the cash. You showed it hitting cash and hitting the stock sub recievable. How can it hit common stock again. I'm confused. Yes you are hitting a equity account, but it is not common stock.
