The court hearings scheduled for September were postponed until November. Sorry I didn't say it sooner. We are almost to the next scheduled hearings again. After this one we will probably know if we should get off the pot or not. I know I have spent a lot of money on this with high hopes. And now have been waiting for Mr. Copley to show some kind of movement or effort. Myself thinking, I would want to do some kind of press release or some how get in contact with my loyal stockholders to let them know what is going on, If the patent is secured yet, if the gas company that he had talked about was still there coming in with him. In life, no news is good news. But in stocks, it is just the opposite.
