The Wallaces and MacLeod need locked up. They've been perpetrating their naked short scheme for far too long. The SEC and FBI need to step up their game and quit dragging their feet with this band of criminals.

Counting the days until an infamous naked shorter is finally extradited back to the US while his partners gets exposed and indicted for fraud.
