Personally, I hope that they restart development, announce an abbreviated timeline, and then on the heels of that do the R/S and uplist. As much as I dislike reverse splits, it's the only way to get the stock on to Nasdaq to allow the company to tap real wall street investors for future raises. This overnight offering to nameless, faceless investors who just flip their shares in 30 days needs to stop.
