it's hard to believe that when the pr about the $15 has been on here for a month and the same with the 8k filing. The sec would have removed both of them if they were not true and also wouldn't have let them change the symbol again as well. Also he wouldn't release a pr telling he has sent the merger document to the sec if it wasn't ture the sec would have been all over him by now, expecially with all the lies in the pr's that the-street and stocklemeon have to say, get a clue dude.
