Fabius...your summation is correct about the MM. the problem is once that some "one" has accumulated there is nothing to move the price. they will have got their stake at say $2 through their trading and suppressed the price on all the good news and then nothing to propel the price afterwards. its been that way for sometime. I just got use to it. so in reality if you have realistic expectation your not disappointed. at this rate we will be lucky to hit $5 on Rexista partnership. not a bad increase from the $1.60 a few months back but not the $10 to $20 a share people expect.
