$120mm * 50% for partnership split = $60mm
$60mm * 80% profit margin for IPCI = $48mm in net earnings for a company with a market cap of =/- $88mm

above are just some rough assumptions, but a conservative multiple for this type of company is 15X earnings= $720mm market cap divided by the 25mm shares out = $28.80/share.
