Judge Walrath should have made it clear to the
LTW Holders in the Order approving the POR that
the Sale to JPM of the Anchor Litigation was Final
and could not be litigated in any other Court.

In fact - she states in the Order approving the POR
that - if possible - the LTW Holders could intervene in
the Anchor Litigation.

Then when JPM runs crying fowl back to Judge Walrath
- when the Ohio Group of LTW Holders file a lawsuit -
she reverses her position. Shameful.
