The hearing yesterday seems to have gone very well (Mr. Martin Lewis did an excellent job). I believe Judge Bernstein could make his decision on the EC approval this Friday after our Attorneys and Debtor's Attorney present their final closing arguments. Our professional valuation performed by Mr. Martin Lewis is reasonable and legit considering the company already had $2.5B of assets when they acquired another $4.B+ of assets between 2013-2014. The SEC letter (Docket 650) also carries heavy weight......it's very rare for the SEC to get involved. I strongly believe that Judge Bernstein is fully aware of what management is trying to do (steal shareholders equity of $1B+). Justice will prevail.....patience!!
