wanaB, Aug. 14 will be the final day for the regular filing deadline; 45 days after the closing of the quarter on June 30.
CYGX would have to either file by that date or file an extension which I think gives them an additional 5 days. As the 5th day would then fall on a Saturday, I'm not sure if they would have to file by Friday the 18th or would have until Monday, the 21st. Of course, they could surprise us and file earlier...today or tomorrow.
