With only ~6% of the float being in the hands of shorts,- HOW is this still being manipulated after 10+ million shares have exchanged hands in the last week (even if many of those are the same shares being repeat traded)?

If I was Penna I would be doing everything I could to get to the bottom of this. We should EASILY be hovering north of 5.00 now and if this was any other similar biotech with this much going for it it would probably be 8-10 off of speculation alone. We have go to figure out just who is manipulating this price to keep it down (and why would be good as well).
