Read the SEC filing posted last evening which includes some additional contract detail not included in the PR.

Key items:
$3 million upfront
$11 miliion for cost recovery (presumed spread out as other ANDAs are approved)
IPCI will manufacture on cost plus basis. (Has fda approved manufacturing facility already)
IPCI and M will also split the profit.
The 3 ANDAs have present market sales around $2.5 billion
