You are correct. All of us "naysayers" for the last 3 years have been correct even though we had hundreds of thousands of dollars invested. They screwed up plain and simple. Now we are at pennies on the dollar. I am thinking it is too late to turn this thing around just by firing the CEO. Ximedica isn't back online for crying out loud. So they announce today they are looking for a CEO with a track record of successful capital market experience. They are 3 years too late. How can they find someone to get us out of this mess with little cash on the books(not enough to get development going), and a track record of putting in ZERO effort into marketing this company. How can they put lipstick on this pig at this point? Only a low dollar buyout can make this successful. Too many shares outstanding and with a very low penny stock price they have no options. How amazing would the CEO have to be to turn this thing around? It won't be for the benefit of shareholders. You cannot dilute at these levels with so much cash needed to get to market. It's a damn shame. We should have collaborated together and sent a letter to voice our concerns 3 years ago. Only now, when we are at 30 cents do we finally agree there is a major (insert bad word) problem. I am out a ton of money and still have more money in play here which I can't fathom why I do but I am so disappointed we as shareholders didn't speak up sooner with our concerns. DAMN SHAME.
To add to this....everyone working there is part time or is moon lighting at other jobs. There is no collaboration or accountability. Greatest opportunity in robotic surgery squandered and we are footing the bill with our losses. Go ahead and defend Bertner, JNJ connections, let them do their job, all they have to do is meet milestones.....that is all BS. There is more to it than that. They have to MARKET THE COMPANY AND PUT IN EFFORT. THEY DID NONE OF THAT.
