He was/is a piss poor example of CEO. From the get go he made it clear shareholders were a nuisance,and there would be a minimal amount of communication. He was gifted with a robust patent portfolio and a TSA pipeline, and chose not to spend an ounce of time postioning and promoting the company to a retail audience. They changed the face of ETD globally and no one knew about it. A company that had 50M in sales fiscal 15, a 70M order last week, and BK the next? After over three years under his watch he drove it into a ditch. Look I get they had to file to get unshackled from the devil at this point, but someone else could have done it better. Franky gets PR, something the good Dr. didn't. The thing with egomaniacs is they only listen to themselves..glad to be rid of him and PP, bring on that damn flyboard at least we will get some great press and a fresh start.
