I think you keep putting these smaller tournaments in play to make sure you aren't losing any members. While this is taking place you work on providing new thing like the mercenary system that should put us forward in the current plan, and behind the scenes you work on sponsors that may want some bigger tournaments put on.


I've never personally been involved with a start up, but I know from close friends that the hardest part is expanding by hiring the right people. I think the reason why we don't run more tournaments is because the same people fixing all the bugs, making the mercenary system, and running the tournaments are the same people. That being said there are only so many hours in the day so the progress we are seeing as slow is actually quite natural.

I expect to see when we get to a point when more tournaments are going to be run at the same time, which will show me that there are certain staff upgrades taking place.

So this is my key thing I'm waiting to see that will show me the company is making progress on their plan.
