Stock price and market cap irrationally low relative to pipeline and developments. I really wonder if the market is sending the signal to management that enough is enough with all the dilution and the straw that broke the camel's back was yet another 100k share grant given to a brand new employee and not tied to performance. At the end of the day, all the giveaway shares and dilution is funded by shareholders, and the stock price now is below the average price that all of DO's investors came in at. Prepaid dillutive bonus comp giveaways not tied to performance is not aligned with shareholder interests and does not best incentivize management to generate a shareholder ROI.
