In HERA the FHFA must act independently of all other Federal bodies. After todays ruleing over CFPB it is clear that the FHFA can not Constituionaly act independently. To resolve this issue we need an attorney to bring to the Courts attention this issue imidiatley and have the FHFA removed as Conservator since it can not Constituinoaly act independently as is required under HERA. I am not sure if we can do this in an existing Court or if this issue must be raised in new court proceedings but it seems to be a simple and straight forward process that has been established through today's court proceedings regarding CFPB and is clear cut and structural.
