The Mayo misunderstanding was not made public. Dr. L. was personally embarrassed (my understanding). And Mir termed it a misunderstanding so he was not about to mention it. Instead Mir told us about the research program and the results will be avaialable some time in the future. Mir always promises positive news some time in the future. His performance record is very different than his promises.

We can continue to listen to his promises on the GSA contract. He continues to make promises and not deliver. Does anyone else think that there is a problem that we haven't been told about?

Time for Mir to resign.
