Well imo the unsubstantiated rhetoric is mostly one sided.

One side is posting that and the other side mostly plain facts.


There is a lot of false manipulation going on and the reason is not so far fetched.

Lots at stake in the Med (tech) field.

Soon the 'pain pill industry' can retire in some degree and some people clearly dont like that idea.

There is a lot of money at stake here.

Anyways imo
