That is correct. I received and email, and I think Fazlice also received something similar from IR. I believe a new CFO will be announced soon (this week or next)...however...I'm not sure that that will be enough of a catalyst to get us out of this rut. We really needed solid production numbers in Q3, and they just weren't that great.

I'll be interested to see how they explain their stance in being able to meet 2016 guidance. Maybe there is a bunch of stockpiled ore that can be worked through in case of excessive rains....who knows.
