I believe Martin was put in charge to value our company and start the bidding process. Why hire another CEO if the acquiring entity might want to make those decisions.

I found this in his bio for another management team that he booted out in 2012. "Mr. Bernholtz previously spent six years with Laventhol & Horwath in the Litigation Support and Business Valuation areas."
