Who's to say talks are not being held behind closed doors? Partnership is next step

The only thing that Peregrine Management is talking about behind closed doors is about how to print more money for themselves.

Partnership's really? Peregrine has been talking about Partnership for so long, that is has become completely meaningless.

When was the last Partnership which increased the PPS?

When was the last Partnership which included any INCOMING Funds?

How about that Stephen Worsley? He was supposedly the Partnership Closer who was going to bring in that BP to speed up the Bavituximab Development. It will be 3 Years next Month.. Yeah.. he has done a Fantastic Job of getting those Partnerships which have an effect on Increasing the PPS and Shareholder Value.
