Ummmm.....in all my years in business, what did you expect them to put up as collaterol for a very friendly termed loan? In fact the financier gets more and more revenue as they continue to lease additional units. Seems like a win, win to me and it is non dilutive to the shareholders as long as they are successful at leasing these units, which in todays world is a given with drunk driving crackdowns across the nation.
