Couple thoughts.
With the TSA dis of S+M software and false alarm issues after rejecting their protest, it seems that S+M will be watching L3 dominating future sales in 'Tunnel" and even 'stand alone' sales. Hand held and non contact trace detection will be in L3's product lines leaving such a large player even farther out. We and our technologies are dominating or competing strongly worldwide. Could this temp BK/CC canceled be another quite period to allow/force a competitive bid from S+M?
Detection needs are increasing and Not declining. We have not heard yet about submitting the Handheld for qualifications and certainly not heard about a serious competing technology for the non contact concept for 'tunnel systems'... As with all things IMSC, expect the unexpected?
