this is where it has been for the last 3 years and its afraid to leave this area I think. if the 10q isnt due out till nov 15 (I thought oct 15)then I dont see this getting uplisted this year,either that or it had better be huge news to make the jump it needs . but we need 1,250,000 shares openly traded as 1 requirement. I dont see it happeneing
