But the next 10Q will show extreme acceleration of dilution, I predict issued shares will be 360,000,000+ in 10Q to Sep 30, 2016

Management said that the increase in authorized from 300,000,000 to 400,000,000 was only to have shares available for deal making. They said the same about increase in authorized from 400,000,000 to 500,000,000. I reckon by years end issued shares will be close to 400,000,000 and get well above that in 2017.
