I think everyone is mistaken......Believe me when I say, these PR's are written with exact language and purpose and words have meanings from a legal stand point. when interpreting laws and or regulations there is a difference when someone reads "one shall" and "one may". that one little word makes a ton of difference in the interpretation.

what I read in the latest PR was ; Our intent is to launch these strengths after FDA final approval following expiry of the other companies' exclusivity period(s).

while the Keppra PR stated this ; "We are actively exploring the best approach to maximize our commercial returns from this new approval."

I do not think they are trying to find a partner for Seroquel. They are telling us "Our intent is to launch". It would not surprise me if they are going to start using their manufacturing capabilities and manufacture the pills themselves and then sell to whomever on a wholesale basis. Now, that language does not stop a partnership but then leans more to the fact they already have one rather than seeking one, because again, they intend to launch. it doesn't say they are looking at the best approach to maximize returns.
