A)You say with a bad irony " Not everyone as Internet, so what about them.
Not everyone can read, so what about them."

So you dont care about the long shareholders who does not want to use facebook because this last one is very not secure.
We are at least in a range of 700-800 shareholders, facebook group has 420 members or so. Do you really think that every long shareholders is in facebook group ? Do you think it is really normal that a video of conference is not shared publicly because it concerns a public company ????. imagine the impact on new investors. I repeat, it is a public company. No matter who made this video. Why new investors cant see this video on the EPGL website ???? Be honest and think about it, please.

you say again "What should be the right level of informaton for a small start-up having an information conference ?
It is quite strange to think a Company has something to hide because they organize a conference.
So at the opposite, a company not organizing such event has nothing to hide ? "

Who said Epgl is hiding something ??? not me ?? curious. It seems that some shareholders want to keep some information or video in just one place and not in the right and more legal place = the Epgl website.
I say that I am a long shareholder, I have millions of Epgl shares, I invested a pretty pile of money in this company, I appreciate they are progressing very well but it does not prevent me to think it would be better to make public every good information.
I understood the tactic from some persons to avoid some message boards but Epgl has enough good facts and other facts to come, it is not worth to use this tactic. Furthermore it has no incidence on the pps. Only approved patents, deals, buyout will move up the pps.

Some said the conference was opened to everybody, we know that, thanks but do you think everybody live in california, Nevada,.. Do you think we are free of engagements, works, jobs, duties,..??? So, naively I thought that Epgl would have provided us a video on their website like they did with audio files of the previous call conferences. That is all, I want the best for all shareholders and I dont think it is fair that a lot of shareholders cant see this video. I appreciate Epgl but I have the right to say that. I am not a stupid sheep.

I tried and try again to show to new investors the good position of EPGL ( find new articles, establish some lists with good points, fight against some persons,....) so I have nothing to prove to some persons, I did more than the average shareholder to help this stock with my little resources.

You can do what you want , only facts will rise this pps.

B) I found this nice recent article, it seems to be from china=

19 September 2016

"In addition, it is learned that by April this year, Johnson vision care sector also showed a strong desire to buy EPGL.
Full name EPGL 'EP Global Communications Inc.', the AR lenses quite quickly, holding a number of ' smart lenses '-related patents, to get the United States ' contact wireless communication systems ' patents.
EPGL smart contact lens technology has attracted the attention of industry giants. Holding an aceview ™ (ACUVUE) Johnson from contact lens brand, it is said that in April, the first gain the opportunity of negotiating a takeover of EPGL technology.
Interest in the purchase of AMO and EPGL means Johnson will not reduce in the future, will continue to strengthen investment and emphasis in the vision care field."

C) And as It is my only one allowed post by day here I add =

We have now

I) - 16 applications were filed by Epgl.

- "System for contact lens wireless communication", is now patented.
http://patft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO2&Sect2=HITOFF&p=1&u=%2Fnetahtml%2FPTO%2Fsearch-bool.html&r=1&f=G&l=50&co1=AND&d=PTXT&s1=9,459,469&OS=9,459,469&RS=9,459,469

- "Elastic circuit", has the very good mention "reasons for allowance" ( very often this mention leads to a patented invention).
http://portal.uspto.gov/pair/PublicPair

- "Piezoeletric sensor for vision correction", after 7 months of silence, has an update with the mention "Information disclosure statement considered" .
http://portal.uspto.gov/pair/PublicPair

- Soon we should have too some news on the next known filed applications (26 months is the average timeframe) =

1) PIEZOELECTRIC ENERGY HARVESTING CONTACT LENS (WO2016014118) PCT/US2015/015516
Filing date July 21 2014 + 26 months = Sept 21 2016

II) - After the agreement with J&J on the first right of negotiations to purchase Epgl technology they have to build a total working prototype of Autofocus technology. Once done, there will be a great chance to see J&J purchasing Autofocus. This opportunity has been said at the conference. They said it will take a 2 years plan but "didn't tell us where they were at in the 2 year plan. Yet by stating they are further along than they realized compared to other smart contact lens developers, and knowing that their patents are being granted recently and shortly in the coming weeks it looks like the process for development has already begun. In order to file patents and work through the challenges that manufacturing can create EPGL has had to make prototypes and samples to run through manufacturing and development. While they don't have the full product yet, Michael and David made it very clear that each patent is a major building block of the smart contact lens. Once you take all the patents and put the technology together in one lens you have the whole package. So sounds like with the 16 patents domestic and international they are in really good shape and have been developing all long, so the 2 years may come much faster than we think.( Valiant)"

""We are further ahead than we thought in the smart contact lens race." Michael Hayes #smartvisionconference2016"

"EPGL putting a team together to build the first autofocus lens in the market." Michael Hayes

"Michael was talking about the first right of refusal and just mentioned that J&J wanted first rights to their products and if they had an autofocus lens they would buy it from them, because that is one of the Holy Grail type products that contact lens manufacturers are wanting. Makes sense why J&J would sign the first right of purchase if they are looking to acquire working tech that they can get to market quickly because the products have already been developed with manufacturing in mind. EPGL's products and tech were fit into lenses that go through the current manufacturing process, so they don't have to alter manufacturing of the lenses. This makes the time to market much less. " Valiant.

III) - They will developp with Apple the integration of Apple Ios in the contact lens system.

"$EPGL selects Apple iOS platform for its first planned mobile device-to contact lens applications. "We're excited to have Apple's guidance and support for our team in future development. Divya Nag is an incredible talent at Apple and we appreciate her enthusiasm." MH .

IV) - Dont forget R&D and jointly filed applications with AT&T and agreement with Intel.
They are on total NDA, should be a great surprise.

"As previously disclosed in early 2015, EPGL and AT&T have jointly
developed new art within the consumer, military and corporate
wearables space, which EPGL is developing IP for prosecution. All
previously announced Agreements with other Corporations remain in
effect according to their individual terms and EPGL intends to exploit
those terms to the benefit of the Company going forward."

IRVINE, Calif., March 16, 2015 /OTC Markets/-- EP Global Communications, Inc. (OTCPINK:
EPGL) announced today that company executives met with AT&T executives on
January 4, 2015 and as a result, a new Development Agreement has been executed
between AT&T and EPGL. New joint Intellectual Properties are now being developed with
certain data streaming projects in mind.
“The entire AT&T team was very impressive and they are driven to be on the forefront of IoT
technologies of many varieties.” said Michael Hayes, President of EPGL. “We discussed
some very interesting projects with them and their network capabilities are next to none.
This is what makes them very interesting to be creating joint IP with at this time.”
EPGL continues to create new and innovative technologies with large companies. As
previously disclosed in 2014, EPGL has a Development Agreement with CooperVision, Inc.
EPGL signed its first Development Agreement with CooperVision, Inc. after it invented a new
energy harvesting technology for electric contact lenses. EPGL has continued to build on
that foundation ever since and is excited about the valuable technologies it has invented in
the ophthalmic field. EPGL has also signed an initial Agreement with Intel which remains in
place. More details on the reasons for that Agreement will come in the future as made
possible.

V) - Remarks on the Epgl technology =

They are the only company to develop tech inside of hydrogel lenses.

Tweets "$EPGL has patented the use of the fluid medium in a lens case to transmit data and power. All future smart lenses will likely need the use of a fluid medium. $EPGL patents the enhancement of the signal via the fluid, all in one reusable case."

"$EPGL flexible circuitry is breakthrough, even for "daily wear" contact lenses. The best technology for mass manufacturers is now pending."

"$EPGL has invented a way to "pre-define" spaces in smart lenses for circuitry. This patent could possibly block the entire industry because virtually all manufacturers will need pre defined space for circuitry."

"$EPGL Elastic Circuit - to patent use of flexible circuitry In smart lenses. Flexible circuitry is a "must" for real, usable smart lenses"

"All $EPGL pending patents are developed by world-class scientists to enable the coming smart contact lens revolution."

"16 international and domestic patents filed." Michael Hayes

"$EPGL Facts: 1. The only OTC company whose tech has attracted the world's leading vision care co. to acquire first rights. 2. The only OTC company to have developed key vision technology with a multi-billion NYSE company...."

"EPGL is going to use mobile apps as one way to control smart contact lenses." Michael Hayes"

"EPGL has invented solutions that will enable microelectronics to be placed into modern Silicone Hydrogel contact lenses for mass market proEduction, without dramatically changing the current manufacturing process. This achievement is critical for the smart contact lens to truly be marketable to the masses with comfort and efficacy."
http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/googles-smart-contact-lens-challenged-by-epgl-300129714.html

"EPGL's design does not require expensive layering techniques or re-tooling of the current mold process during manufacturing, thus making it a very attractive and less costly solution."
http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/epgl-smart-contact-lens-technology-is-attracting-giants-of-the-industry-300247706.html

VI) Valuation

-""According to the CEO of Novartis, Joseph Jimenez, the estimated value of the market for ‘autofocus’ contact lenses exceeds $10 billion,..." at least $10 billions by year

"A lot of journalists and analysts focus on smart contact lenses with built-in sensors and microchips as the next big thing, but the reality is – The Financial Times suggests – that corrective contacts capable of focusing on objects automatically will bring more benefits to a huge number of people, translating into enormous profits for innovative manufacturers. EPGL (EP Global Communications), which closely collaborates with CooperVision, has announced that it has already developed the technology necessary for autofocus contact lenses and that it is ahead of Google and Novartis.."

"Neither Novartis nor Google commented on these claims...."

August 05, 2015
http://www.optykrozmus.co.uk/contact-lens-world/post/2015/08/05/novartis-google-and-epgl-working-on-autofocus-contact-lenses.aspx

-"...with our first patent allowance and many more possible, at SVC2016 we'll reveal why I believe we're worth over 10c. Live Tweet LV" -MH"

-"...I believe we're worth over 10c and yes still pushing for equivalent payday for our present shareholders of .88c -$1.00 as a goal." -MH"

-"...we are the only OTC that I know of with major patents pending and a $300 billion NYSE holding first rights...."

VII) Dilution with WDCO ???????? LOL

"September MM stats just came out. WDCO only had 247,418 volume. WDCO's 10K ask size is nothing but a Halloween scare.
EPGL Monthly Share Volume for MM WDCO:

Sep 2016 - 247,418
Aug 2016 - 184,140
Jul 2016 - 753,184
Jun 2016 - 620,949
May 2016 - 745,008 " (by jhnvtjll)

So,
With 247000 shares by month they will take 674 years to dilute the shares of Hayes.
With 750000 " " " " " " 222 years " " " " " " .

It cant be a dilution, cant be a dilution for Hayes.
Maybe a manipulation to keep the pps in this range for a big player or for themselves.
