There is hype and promotion....and then there is what El Capitan has done, which is to set up a deliberate fraud, systematically and with relative sophistication, establish a share-selling scheme based on a worthless pile of iron oxide. It takes lying to a whole new level.

But, there is nothing unique about it. Desert dirt scams have been around as long as mining has existed in the Southwest. ECPN is just one of dozens currently operating, some of which are faithful SEC filers, just like ECPN.
