Name one business PA created and ran succsesfully [profitably] before PBLS. I think PA thought that noone would take him up on the share buy back and so now that shareholders are sending in certs he needs to come up with the cash to pay for them. How much do you think the 6% "dividend" amounts to each quarter on the previuos aquisitions? How much is payroll for all members of the "team"? Why does this supposed "cash cow " need private and now other funding? You say the business "we" bought are generating money.Really? how much for each- can you show me ?
